Return Window
You may return your items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.

Retaining all original tags and packaging.

Hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned or returned in their original, sealed packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us: Contact our team at info@aikoauckland.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged.

Return Address: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the address for our nearest processing center.

Note: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on the package, as this will not be processed.

Shipping Costs
Please note that Aiko Auckland does not provide free return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Cancellations
Our shipping process is highly automated to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, please wait until the package arrives and follow our standard return process.
